Low-FODMAP Cranberry Orange Baked Oatmeal

  • 2 c rolled oats
  • 2 T ground flax seed
  • 1 t baking powder
  • ¼ t salt
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 4 T melted unsalted butter
  • 12 oz LF/non-dairy milk
  • 4 drops orange oil
  • 60 g dried cranberries
  • 40 g chopped pecans

8″x8″ glass dish, buttered. 350° 30 mins. Yield 4 servings.
