- a splash of ghee
- ~12 oz coconut milk
- handful of cashews
- tomato paste (the first time I made this I used 4 whole tomatoes from a can, but I think tomato paste would be better – probably 4-6 T)
- 2 heaping t curry powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ~1 t grated ginger
