  • dash salt
  • fresh pineapple
    Cake

  • 4 T unsalted butter
  • ½ c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ t baking powder
  • ½ t salt
    Alternate

  • 6 oz AP flour
  • ½ c milk

9″ cast iron skillet. 350º 30 mins.
