- 4 oz WWW flour
- 2¾ c oats
- ¾ c brown sugar
- ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
- 2 t baking soda
- ½ t baking powder
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 egg
- ½ c coconut or vegetable oil
- 1 c plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ c water
Fill muffin cups to top. 350º 20 mins.
NEXT TIME: See if 2½ c oats and ¼ c flaxseed is suffice. Also, salt!
