Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

  • 160 g Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams
  • 44 g brown sugar
  • ¼ t baking soda
  • ¼ t vanilla powder
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g rolled oats

Mix well and rest dough for 15 mins. 350º 11 mins. Cool on pan.
Small scoop yields 15; in theory 8 g peanuts per cookie.

NEXT TIME: 53 g brown sugar would be fine.

Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 270 g Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams
  • 72 g brown sugar
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t vanilla powder
  • 1 egg

350° 12 mins.
Yield 16 with heaping teaspoon scoop.

Improvised Cookies

  • 4 oz crunchy peanut butter
  • 28 g coconut oil
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • ½ t baking soda
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ c flour
  • ½ c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¾ c rolled oats
  • 85 g mini chocolate chips

350º 12 mins.
Yield 15 using tablespoon scoop. Flatten a little before baking.
