
Whaz all in food processor until dried fruit is in small bits but not paste
- 50 g oats ground to flour
- 1/4 t baking soda
- ⅛ t salt (adjust if sunflower seeds are salted)
- ⅛ t vanilla powder
- 20 g oats
- 16 g dried apricots
- 2 T raisins
- 2 T ground flaxseed
- 2 T sunflower seeds
- 2 T unsweetened coconut
- 1 T chia seeds
Add and pulse until just combined
- 2 T dry quinoa, cooked, still warm
- 42 g honey
- 2 T butter, melted
- 25 g canola oil
Yield 24 with small scoop in greased mini muffin pan. 350º 9 mins, cool in pan.
