
Pulse in food processor until fine:
- ¾ c oats
- ½ c WWW flour
- ¾ c raw or roasted almonds
Add and pulse:
- ¼ c brown sugar
- ½ t salt
- ½ t baking powder
- 6 T unsalted butter
Press ¾ of mixture into 8″x8″ pan. Spread with ½ c fruit preserves. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
350º 35-40 mins.
