- ¼ c brown sugar
- ½ t baking soda

- 1 egg
- ¼ c flour
- ½ c unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ c rolled oats
- 85 g mini chocolate chips
350º 12 mins.
Yield 15 using tablespoon scoop. Flatten a little before baking.

It’s 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, and about 1/3 cup of chocolate chips! 🙂
