Blueberry Coffeecake

  • 4 oz Neufchâtel cheese
  • 3 T unsalted butter
  • ¾ c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla
  • 4 oz WWW flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 c blueberries

Greased 9″ round pan or springform pan. 350º 40 mins (if frozen blueberries).
