Almond-Jam Bars

Pulse in food processor until fine:

  • ¾ c oats
  • ½ c WWW flour
  • ¾ c raw or roasted almonds

Add and pulse:

  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • ½ t salt
  • ½ t baking powder
  • 6 T unsalted butter

Press ¾ of mixture into 8″x8″ pan. Spread with ½ c fruit preserves. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
350º 35-40 mins.
